About the event
From mid-September to the end of November, a weekly practice of 1h30 in a small group, is offered by Aline Risse, to anchor in oneself the softness of the heart and the inner calm with as main accompanist DAME NATURE
This will take place every Wednesday morning from 10 am to 11:30 am and this over 8 affiliate meetings (excluding school holidays).
On the program: welcome, walking in consciousness, alignment, anchoring, relaxation, expression, movements, observation, creation, connection, interiorization, relaxation but above all listening to what IS at the moment.
Participation in the 8 dates is recommended and the meetings will take place outdoors as far as possible.
Various practices and tools present in my box of tricks to accompany and help each of our bodies to relax, to find each other and to conjugate the verb TO BE in the present, a big challenge in this sometimes demanding news. So juggling between mobility, stillness, creativity, listening and sensory feelings in the heart of nature are my intentions.
Together create rainbow bubbles. Choose to cheer up and offer Time as a living gift to the BEINGS that we are today. Life is now, so a proposal to take care of it in the heart of the living.
